As Executive Director of Lutheran Planned Giving of South Dakota, Kathy brings an extensive background in financial services and public speaking, along with significant leadership roles in non-profit organizations over the past 20 years. She has considerable knowledge in generational transitions and legacy planning, particularly with farm and ranch families, as well as the use of charitable trusts, tax-advantaged donations and deferred gifts. Her educational and motivational workshops for staff, boards, congregations and donors bring an understanding of the processes that makes them accessible to everyone.
